Vamos a ver c\u00f3mo puedes <strong>organizar y aprovechar tu informaci\u00f3n sin complicaciones<\/strong>, sin necesidad de ser un experto en tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El Problema: Tienes Datos, Pero No <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\">Informaci\u00f3n<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mayor\u00eda de los hoteleros ya tienen acceso a una cantidad enorme de datos, pero la gran pregunta es: <strong>\u00bfest\u00e1s us\u00e1ndolos para mejorar la gesti\u00f3n de tu hotel o simplemente los est\u00e1s acumulando?<\/strong> Otra pregunta relevante podr\u00eda ser: \u00bfsabes si tus datos son fiables y est\u00e1n completos? Pero eso merece un art\u00edculo aparte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Veamos un ejemplo real. Un peque\u00f1o hotel en Fuerteventura recibe reservas desde Booking, su propia web y llamadas directas. Tambi\u00e9n tiene campa\u00f1as en Google Ads y redes sociales. Sin un sistema (m\u00e9todo) claro y sencillo, y suponiendo que dispone de datos limpios y completos, el gerente se gu\u00eda m\u00e1s por intuici\u00f3n que por datos reales, perdiendo oportunidades de optimizar precios y marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto es lo que pasa cuando los datos est\u00e1n desperdigados y se analizan de manera independiente:<br><br>\u2714 No sabes cu\u00e1l de tus canales de venta funciona mejor.<br>\u2714 No puedes anticiparte a cambios en la demanda.<br>\u2714 Tomas decisiones a ciegas, bas\u00e1ndote en sensaciones en lugar de n\u00fameros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00f3mo Empezar a Organizar los Datos de tu Hotel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La buena noticia es que organizar la informaci\u00f3n de tu hotel no requiere una inversi\u00f3n enorme ni una consultor\u00eda externa. Solo necesitas <strong>seguir tres pasos sencillos:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Centraliza Toda Tu Informaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El primer paso es evitar que los datos est\u00e9n en 20 sitios distintos. Unifica toda la informaci\u00f3n en un solo lugar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un sistema de reservas o PMS que integre tus fuentes de reservas (Booking, Expedia, tu web). En tres meses, descubrieron que el 70% ven\u00edan de Instagram y apenas un 10% de Google Ads. \u00bfEl resultado? Dejar de gastar dinero en Google, dejar de perder tiempo y pasta con las OTAs y duplicar la inversi\u00f3n en redes sociales. <strong>Resultado: aumento de las reservas directas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Usa herramientas que automaticen la recolecci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n y te presenten informes f\u00e1ciles de entender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No necesitas un software car\u00edsimo ni contratar analistas. Hoy existen plataformas que conectan tus datos y generan reportes en minutos, sin esfuerzo. Ejem!
