Hoy cualquier hotel independiente puede aprovechar para <strong>anticiparse a la demanda, optimizar precios y mejorar la experiencia del hu\u00e9sped<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vamos a ver c\u00f3mo funciona, con ejemplos pr\u00e1cticos y sin tecnicismos innecesarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el An\u00e1lisis Predictivo y C\u00f3mo Puede Ayudarte?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El an\u00e1lisis predictivo usa los datos hist\u00f3ricos de tu hotel para <strong>detectar patrones y tendencias<\/strong>, permiti\u00e9ndote prever lo que ocurrir\u00e1 en el futuro. No es magia ni ciencia ficci\u00f3n: es analizar lo que ha pasado para tomar mejores decisiones antes de que los cambios ocurran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udca1 <strong>Ejemplo real:<\/strong> El GM de un hotel en Tenerife, not\u00f3 que cada a\u00f1o en enero su ocupaci\u00f3n ca\u00eda despu\u00e9s de ciertas fechas. En lugar de aceptar la baja demanda como un hecho, revis\u00f3 datos de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.
