Podr\u00e1s hacerlo con datos de tu propio PMS, fuentes de referencia y herramientas gratuitas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e1s Reservas para tu Hotel: monetiza tus datos!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incrementar las reservas de tu hotel no se trata solo de ajustar tarifas o lanzar promociones. <strong>Los datos son la clave para entender la demanda y actuar en consecuencia.<\/strong> Aqu\u00ed tienes tres fuentes esenciales que puedes aprovechar para mejorar tu estrategia de ventas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Datos de tu PMS: El Tesoro que Ya Posees<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si utilizas un PMS (Property Management System), tienes acceso a una cantidad de informaci\u00f3n valiosa que muchas veces no se explota al m\u00e1ximo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u270f\ufe0f <strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 analizar?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ocupaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica y tendencias estacionales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tiempo promedio de antelaci\u00f3n en las reservas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canales de venta m\u00e1s rentables (directo, OTAs, agencias, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udca1 <strong>Ejemplo real:<\/strong> Uno de nuestros clientes, un hotel rural en Galicia, analiz\u00f3 sus datos de PMS y descubri\u00f3 que la mayor\u00eda de sus reservas directas se realizaban con <strong>menos de 10 d\u00edas de antelaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, mientras que las reservas en OTAs llegaban con m\u00e1s de un mes de antelaci\u00f3n. Con esta informaci\u00f3n, ajustaron su estrategia: lanzaron promociones de \u00faltima hora en su web y redes sociales, logrando aumentar las reservas directas en un 18% en tres meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Ofrece informaci\u00f3n sobre ocupaci\u00f3n, ADR (tarifa media diaria) y RevPAR (ingreso por habitaci\u00f3n disponible) en tu zona. Puedes usarlo para comparar tu rendimiento con hoteles similares. El famoso <em><strong>compset<\/strong><\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Google Insights<\/strong>: Si no tienes acceso a STR (o presupuesto para ello), dispones de la herramienta gratuita de Google. <a href=\"https:\/\/destinationinsights.withgoogle.com\/intl\/en_ALL\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\">Pru\u00e9bala aqu\u00ed &gt;&gt;<\/mark><\/a> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>INE:<\/strong> El Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica publica mensualmente datos sobre la demanda tur\u00edstica en Espa\u00f1a, incluyendo pernoctaciones por regi\u00f3n y nacionalidad de los viajeros.
