19th Mastercup 2018 in Berlin-Lichtenberg

I’m very happy and thankful that “The Mastercup” in Berlin is renewed and as a German Member of the IMSSC I will send my best greetings and wishes to Renè van Bernum and all organisers and volunteers around this professionally conducted competition on February 10th and 11th 2018. 55 Participants (44 Men, 11 Ladies) from GER, NOR, NED, FIN, SWE, SUI, ROU, RUS. 28 Personal Best Times, 8 National Master-records and many hard races against the other competitors or against oneself are building a frame of this 2-days-competition. In the Age-Class 50 with 13 Competitors we have seen an incredible high level of Master competition: Danny Witkamp with 4:12,24 at 3000m, Olaf Kotva in 7:15,34 at 5000 m or Renè van Bernum and his 1:58,88 at 1500 m…Congratulations !!! And so I say thank you Berlin, thank you Berliner Sport-Verein 1892e.V.
