25th Masters’ Allround Games – latest version of the announcement

The 23rd Masters’ Allround Games took place in Stavanger, Norway, this weekend from 7th through 9th of March. A total number of 181 skaters from CAN, ESP, FIN, GER, ITA, KAZ, NED, NOR, RUS, SUI and SWE participated. The skaters enjoyed good conditions in the Sørmarka Arena ice hall which was opened late 2010. Proof of the good conditions were 2 new IMSSC Records and an impressing number of personal bests and seasons bests. The 2 new IMSSC Records were made by Pertti Kiiskinen, FIN with 44,33 on 500m AG 70, and by Toon Kooijmans, NED, with 5.03,01 on 3000m AG 75. There were also several other outstanding performances with results close to the IMSSC Records – and not only in the older age groups.
