Dutch Masters Cup 2018-2019

Schaatscircuit.nl / MCLN organised for the third time the Dutch Masters Cup (DMC), an open international masters competitions on three consecutive dates on three different speedskating rinks in the Netherlands. 

DMC-1 was held on the 400 m rink in Enschede, DMC-2 in Thialf Heerenveen and the DMC-3, the finals were held in the 11Stedenhal in Leeuwarden. It was e very exiting competition due to special way of calculating results. After DMC-1 the best skaters were oither skaters than at DMC-3, the finals.
The final results are that in the ladies classification Mijke Kanneword became winner, number 2 is Susanne Mulder and number 3 Monique Boerema. The final classification of the men: the winner is John van der Vlugt, number 2 Sandro Cara and third Rein van Luunen. During DMC-2 John van der Vlugt skated a new masters world record [M60] on the 5000 m and at DMC-3 Susanne Mulder did the same, a new ladies masters world record on the 5000 [L35].
