R.I.P. Roland Maillard

Roland Maillard passed away June 14 in Switzerland at age 79.

Today, we gather to honor and remember Roland, a dedicated and passionate individual who served as the ISU liaison to the IMSSC for many years. Roland’s commitment to his role was unwavering, as he consistently attended IMSSC sessions, contributing his expertise and enthusiasm. His last attendance in 2019 is a testament to his enduring dedication.

Roland’s contributions went beyond mere attendance; he was a vital bridge between organizations, fostering communication and collaboration. His presence and insights will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of working with him. Though Roland is no longer with us, his legacy of commitment and service will continue to inspire us.

Rest in peace, Roland. Your impact and memory will live on in our hearts and in the work we continue in your honor.
