You are receiving this email because you have registered for the upcoming IMSSC Masters Sprint Games 2020 in Calgary, Canada, Feb. 29 to March 1. We are looking forward to hosting you here on The Fastest Ice in the World™!

Please review the registration list MSG2020_Registrants_List_as_of_Jan_23v3.pdf; if you see errors in your name or category, please send corrections to the IMSSC Secretary (info@imssc.org) who will communicate the corrections to the hosts.

As outlined in the announcement, we have arranged preferred rates with our host hotel the Best Western PLUS Village Park Inn. The hotel is holding the rooms for us until Wednesday, January 29^th, after which point they cannot guarantee availability.

We encourage you to book your accommodations here as soon as possible; not only will it be the most convenient location with both the Welcome Drink Reception and the Victory Ceremony & Closing Banquet taking place there, but when you book with our partner hotel, you are helping to support this competition and our ability to continue to host masters competitions again in the future.
