As outlined in the announcement, we have arranged preferred rates with our host hotel the Best Western PLUS Village Park Inn. The hotel is holding the rooms for us until Wednesday, January 29th, after which point they cannot guarantee availability.
We encourage you to book your accommodations here as soon as possible; not only will it be the most convenient location with both the Welcome Drink Reception and the Victory Ceremony & Closing Banquet taking place there, but when you book with our partner hotel, you are helping to support this competition and our ability to continue to host masters competitions again in the future.
